I may have fed you this on ur other post. the answer is yes but u need to match the engine codes. For example my second gen(09-11) is a A16LE ,its on the head, but the euro parts that fit my car come from the Z16XER or Z18XER. Its been a while, but I believe the header u r looking for is the Z16XE, but do ur homework , overseas shipping back and forth for returns would suck. My headers weren't that bad John Ashley shipped them for $60, and I got them in 2-3 days

Check out JAEX.CO.UK, I believe the first header in the Vauhall lineup will fit ( your first gen aveo has that weird EGR port on the drivers side of the head. Convert from pounds to US$, $296 n change

Oh yeah, I forgot about R.D.Y. autocare in Singapore. They sell the e-tec headers, there r 2 kinds one allows u to keep the pre cat n the other deletes it. Iwas on there checking out the tuff clutch, there r 2 types but the 1 costs nearly as much as a used aveo ...lol

Their English is bad try the "contact us" and click on it. Have u tried JAEX.CO in the UK, the owner will respond n he's pretty cool. All the ordering will be thru e mails because most UK companies don't like to ship here cus of cost (it was only $60) E mail John a picture of an exhaust gasket and he' ll figure it out
