When I was in touch with them, they were into the idea of a group buy for a discount. I wasn't able to get any solid figures, since no one got on board.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall. Torque is how far the wall moves after you hit it.

I think Garrett is building some..or Kenny. Either way some are getting built within the states and I'm betting the price would be cheaper, otherwise they wouldn't bother cause we've known about the overseas ones.

      thanks Danny!

ya I am working on this right now. I didn't know that this was an interest yet so I didn't mention it.

It's still in R&D but when its done I'm hoping it will be in the $50-$80 range.

I still have to go back and read through this topic to know whats been said but if there is interest from here as well i may push up the finish date.

I'd like the linkage, but a new shifter itself would be awesome too, since I'd like to put on an aftermarket shift knob.

Danny, you still have any left? Or one you could lend to Garrett to make more from??

Or Garrett, you able to get the original specs from Tom so you could make some??

      I want a billet shifter!

I'll use the linkage too, then it'll be really fun to shift, AND I'll be exercising.

I'd have to see what the aveo shifter looks like (if anyone has a picture...) but if its the same as the lanos, astra, kadett, nexia... then B&M makes a billet shifter but I don't know the part number.

Both the shorter throw linkage and shifter assembly have there benifits. The shifter itself does shorter your throw some, but my favorite part is it's much more firm feeling. Not some wobbly peice of crap. lol

I will be making more, should be within a month when they're done. I can't see it taking any longer than that.

Yeah but it's almost $200 or more
