      Intake

      I was wondering whats a pretty decent price for a intake? I dont feel comfortable about the ones on ebay lol.
      If i can possible get a intake with red on it would be nice.

      lol all an intake is is a piece of fancy looking pipe and an oversized filter on the end, i dont know what the diffeneces would be unless if you want to get another filter for it. The one i got of ebay is the best filter ive had yet lol

      yeah and its worked great for the past 2 years, though i was quite suprised that the filter has held together like it has

      rather have a true cold air intake rather than a ram intake...

      sometimes cheaper things last longer lol
      but wuts the difference between ram and cold air intakes?

      A ram air is short and sits in your engine bay, taking in a mix of warm and hot air. While a cold air intake will extend to an area where you can reach fresh cool air like your wheel well or grill area. Cold air is better then warm air for your engine.

      Cold air intake is awesome on mine. i bought movi for my car to try to see what it would help. the intake temp sensor before the change was reading about engine temp, then after the install it is outside air temp.. about a 15 degree drop. And that is just sitting in the driveway at idle.

      i think once i get these shocks in and get that short shifter and maybe the exhaust thing settled i will get a CAI but its really the last thing i want to do
