Just tossing out some pictures of "my ride"

It's a 1.2 litre, 2006 Kalos with, at least for a little period of time, a KKK turbo, H&R lowering springs and 17 inch 5-spoke rims

BTW... turbo on a 1.2 is, what my friends called it, stupid, but I did it anyway just because I wanted to since no-one (at least what I've heard) has turbocharged a 1.2 Kalos before So it's built to fit running 0,5bar, not for a massive ps-boost with fms or internal engine upgrade...

This build was originally an audio-build, but that part is going rather slow theese days

Honestly, I think about 95ps on the wheels, 100-105 in the engine.... It's a KKK K03-003 turbo from a VW 1,9 diesel. The right turbine-size for the poor, little 1.2 I have 0,5 bar boost... Large frontmounted intercooler, 9 row oilcooler, 2,5 inch exhaust-system from turbo to the back box, extra fuel-injectors and a mechanic fuel pressure regulator

i like the fact you went with the vw turbo.. i've been putting vw parts on my aveo.. and thought the ko3 or ko4 would be greatly suited for our 1.6. I was even considering trying to swap a 1.8t harness into the car and running the entire setup with a custom c2 tune and vw sensors.

Like the response guys (and girls?!) No tuning, just some adjustments to the fuel pressure regulator to get an acceptable a/f-ratio (between 14 and 15), and it was good to go

1.8t in an Aveo, THAT would have been BAD ASS wiiiii.... hope you go through with it!
