GR TURBO KIT - UPDATE!! TEASER PICS!!

So after spending some time getting things ready for the upper strut braces, we will soon shift development time into the Aveo Turbo Kit.

Expect pictures by early next week!

Grounding RaceFab is our company name BTW

The RoadRace Turbo System will consist of:
-BorgWarner T3/T4 Turbocharger spec'd to quick spool for street driving or road race applications requiring smooth-quick spool up.
-304l stainless shorty header (not a full tubular, NOT a LOG) designed for quicker spooling time, and incredible durability through infinite heat cycles.
      -40mm JGS400 wastegate http://www.jgsturbo.com
-3" 304l stainless downpipe for free flow and high durability, with two 02 sensor bungs, for factory 02 sensor and one wideband port.
      -Oil line kit
-5 year warranty on workmanship (i.e. welds cracking)/reason 5 year and not lifetime, is if the part will fail, it will fail within that timeframe!

      MSRP ~$1650

First 3 to go to serious prototypers (within the north american region) for $1300 + shipping

Subachad PM me with your interest level/thoughts, I'd love to make you a deal!

PS everyone mark your calanders, expect this development time to go by fairly quickly!!

I take it we'd have to put together an intercooler system ourselves?

A FMIC will be offered soon.

Not everyone wants to run the same setup, so we offer the kit left open for those who want their own options.

Everything is available as seperate pieces if a DIY kit is your type of game.

Also keep in mind we will offer alot of DIY parts at a decent price for you guys. That's where I started at all those years ago...

As for tune, that's still up in the air, as there are so many options out there, we most likely will not be offering a system ourselves. For the reletively low boost levels were looking at, the SAFC-2 is plenty ok. It's a POS but it does the job

It's still a $300 cost for that "POS" anything a little better for not much more money?

Hey guys... Fabricator X will get my car for the rest of the weekend to stzart taking measurements and figuring out the pathways we will need on this.

I will be going to California on Thrus. and be back Sun. sometime, giving him 4 days to get stuff planned out. So we should have lots of ideas and pics by Monday for sure.

I will be starting on the website soon, but as for now, we are selling directly to members here on AveoClub.

We've talked about a few different options on lots of our future products, and the comon aggreement will be: Provide quality products that are affordable, but also consist of a high quality standard. We also want to make all our parts function together, meaning no part requires another, but each will have added benefit from the other we develop.

And we will be running two types of product lines, a FULL race, and a creative custom line.
