$50-100 flange, $75 ebay manifold, and some work.

go straight to the cutter, not a fab shop.

verify (since i personally havent looked) that your gasket "sticks out" from the current manifold, to be sure there will be enough there.

even cheap, but would "cost" more time, would be to cut the flange off the stock manifold and just reuse/weld to that. Not as nice finished product, unless you mill the face, but "free"

I would be interested to know what measures the header for the E-TECII and the pipe diameter and pipe length, the length of the tube before and after the curve, both horizontal and vertical, I would really appreciate it ...

Currently I have a high flow catalytic converter, in the place where he was the second catalyst, but I remove the first, hoping that I do not check error and does not pollute, will trust in my catalyst MagnaFlow spun and mandrel bent stainless steel elbows, leave both sensors close together, as one would in the collector and the other before the catalyst ....

I insist on making my header, it seems I have found a place where I can do a 4-1'll also regardless that my machine differs from E-TECII laq, as the main cartalizador, this motor comes separately, here the OEM system ...

T EXHAUST MANIFOLD (LXV/1.6E);. Fits: Aveo T200 Hatchback, Aveo T250 Notchback, G3 | Nalley Buick GMC Brunswick

T EXHAUST MANIFOLD (LXT/1.6);. Fits: Aveo T200 Hatchback, Aveo T250 Notchback, G3 | Nalley Buick GMC Brunswick

And in the ECOtec come together and the cat exhaust, and also more expensive to change even the OEM, as shown here on my G3, Performed by MagnaFlow, all at 2 ", I'll improve a bit from the flexible model for soon as the header is ...

to date if I felt the change, but may change the stub to 2.5 "...

I´ll apreciate to much your help...
