      ECU Tuning

... so realistically, how much power gain can I get by just getting the stock ECU remapped?

Yeah I'm thinking about 10whp with an intake and exhaust. I believe by "where" he means the location on the power curve

no, i meant who would tune it, like a shop as in where

the entire curve should see at least 7whp at least, maybe reaching 14whp more or so pass 4500rpm with intake and such

Oh yes I do believe they can, just got to find someone who has cracked it, and I'm pretty damn sure it can be cracked, they said the GT-R couldn't be cracked and it was done in less then a month from release

      Re: ECU Tuning

The biggestproblem I see is finding an aveo owner who wants to pay for the man rime spent getting into the computer to reprogram it. Then paying for a dyno tune. That's a bit of money that could just be spent on megasquirt, sds, or better. And then also be expanded for true turbo tunes, etc.
