2011 oil cooler leak

Does the oil cooler setup have engine coolant running through it. Also where do yall find parts for these cars mine was built in nov.2011 half the parts on it are for a sonic. Im tryna fix the oil leaks also the oreilly show rtv silicone for a oil pan gasket.

Cant find the seals for the filter housing either
