2008 Aveo5 kicked the bucket (not running right when very cold)

I have 17,500 miles on my car go to start it the temp was -1F and it starts missing and the idle is everywhere. Call the dealer they say dont drive it and they have it towed in today they call me and turns out it is some kit that they need and dont have one in stock anywhere and he said there is a TSB on it anyone heard of this I asked what it was and he said he wasnt sure and that he was just the service writer

didn't see one for 08. but:

      http://www.carcomplaints.com/Chevrolet/ ... tsbs.shtml

looks like they are either going to replace all the valves according to TSB #050601030 or do something else according to TSB #05-06-04-065

actually for the $12 it would be worth buying this to know all the fixes...?

Re: 2008 Aveo5 kicked the bucket

i dont remember what my DTC was, but its for the TPS. and the TPS is part of the TB. its all one unit on the drive by wires. first time was around 24k miles now 14k miles later its done it again. and the car is out of the 36k warranty. so now every repair is on me on a car im making payments on. not fair. the TB comes in tomorrow so i can get this back to operating like normal and get my decent gas mileage back.
Everything is custom because we cant afford to do it right.

they should fix it for free if it was a recall, take it to the dealer and they should fix it for free
