Found out there's something called a odomiter correction tool. It resets the millage to whatever you want. Along with you can also reprogram the ecu. They can go for $70-1500.

sounds completely illegal. that is odometer fraud
The mileage is stored in the EEPROM chip that is in the cluster board. There is a way to program the EEPROM chip to change the mileage. It involves software and a computer and a cable and soldering/desoldering the EEPROM chip.
I got a replacement cluster when I was working on my cluster lights. It was from a 2011 with exactly 80,000 miles. In my 2009 with 161,000 miles the second cluster did not fix my cluster lights but it did fix my shift interlock, but it also threw a permanent p0315 crankshaft position variation not learned: permanent code. It also displayed 80,000 miles. I put in my original cluster.
