Mine was a 04. I did not see any pilot bearing.

There was no pilot bearing behind the fly wheel. But I’m still getting a chatter at times.
      Installed brand new
      *flywheel
      *clutch disc
      *pressure plate
      *throwout bearing.
Also did a clutch pedal position relearn with a diagnostic tool everything is torqued to specs only different part is the springs are a lil smaller in the clutch disc

Haven’t change the slave cylinder yet

Sorry I don't know what would be causing that. On mine the clutch fork lever was no longer lining up properly so the clutch was not disengaging all the way. I had to purchase a new one. Part number 96144874. Could that possibly be happening with yours as well? I also replaced the lower engine mount that fixed a chatter on take off in the past.

My old throwout bearing had plastic. This new one is all metal

My new throwout bearing was steel as well. The issue that I was talking about was the same as this video. (10) Chevy Aveo standard transmission head scratcher - YouTube

So I’m assuming the fork twisted some
