The other day I went to use my parking brake and there was no resistance, the lever just flops around. I looked and the bracket that holds the L and R parking brake cables just before the parking brake actuator has become disconnected. I figured it was a bolt or a screw that came loose, but after closer inspection, it looks like it may have been attached with studs and slotted holes. Mine looks like those parts have been sheared off.

Any input on how this part originally attached to the car and/or the best way to reattach it? I couldn't find this part in any diagrams.
