I know a lot of you have found the copy of the service manuals for download, I have it as well. But I also found this awesome site that I used for my Grand Prix. I checked it out and it has a service manual for the 2008 Aveo 1.6L online. A lot of the content seems to be the exact same for the 2005 we have, so I'm betting a lot of this applies for many model years. Maybe this will be helpful to someone.
