Need Help with Brake light problem

I am having some electrical issues on my 08 hatchback and I am unsure if they are related. They are as follows:

#1 When I press the brake the passenger side brake light dims and the turn signal light burns dimly. I have checked all bulbs and they are good and secure.

#2 Dome light has quit working. Bulb appears to be good.

#3 The seatbelt light on the dashboard flashes and appears to have a short. It will dim repeatedly.

Any help or advice anybody can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Check all of your fuses (both in the engine bay and on the side of the drivers dash). Other than fuses, you need to look for where it is shorting out if that is what is happening, there have been threads on here in the past couple of months that have some diagrams that may be useful for you. Use the search feature at the top and see if you can find anything, I will take a look as well.

Yeah the search thing does not work too well sometimes, depends what you look for, we do not get too many of these problems on here though.

The tricky thing about these cars is that when one thing is wrong somewhere, other things will not work as well. Most likely there is a single short that is causing all of the other issues. I could not find my diagrams I had, Rabbit or somebody else may be able to point you in the right direction though, or have some diagrams to look at.
