"creaky" suspension?

the sway bar is very likely too, i would think that would come from your feet more that front though? or does it just come through the firewall?

i find it sounds like its coming from the suspension assembly....but could never pinpoint it....but the sway bar bushing makes sense since i can't get it to make the noise while the car is stopped...

i had always assumed it was because of the accident my mother-in-law had in the car running over a curb

this problem has been around for years....i dont know what it is but if u grease everything u can on the suspension it goes away til you grease again

I did grease everything, but it did not help at all. I think it's the way the springs are seated, they are likely shifting very slightly as the car leans in a turn.

yea i have a bump at the bottom of my driveway and my 04 aveo creeks on that all the time, never really bothered me, but knid of made me wonder about it. i know that there are no grease fittings on this car, i'm wondering if putting aftermarket spring and bushings would help this problem any.

Cool! I will try all the tips here also as mine creaks when I go over speed bumps at slow speeds of course!

There are no lube / grease points on an Aveo? Now I feel really stupid as not too long ago I paid the repair shop to lube everything up!!
