CODE P0014 camshaft over advanced or system performance

Camshaft Actuator Solenoid are good, but I got zero voltage on the connectors, on either intake/exhaust, what could be the problem?
code P0014 and P0011

STEP 7 Repair the ignition 1 voltage circuit for an open/high resistance, BUT HOW?

How did you remove the sensor? I removed the one screw that secures it, but it won't pull out. Does anything else need to be removed internally?

Grab a pair of pliers or adjustable wrench and grab the metal part and wiggle it around and it'll.come.out . How did u get the screw out of the top I cannot figure it out
