07 Aveo 5, terrible sound >_<

having another issue that has been happening for almost a year now. when i start the car, (louder when it is a cold start) it makes a sound like something is loose between about 800 RPM and 1500 RPM. problem is, car is there a lot and it is very annoying.

p.s the sound seems to be coming from the engine bay.

Pop the hood open, have someone start the car and see if you can figure out where its coming from. If I had to guess, I'd say its probably a heat shield.

hard to say Exactly where it is coming from. kind of under the back of the engine bay.
