Yo. SGAveoGuy here. What offset did you get on your 15's? They look like they fill out nice. I'm figuring it's a 15" x 6.5" wheel. Would like to know. Send me a PM. Having trouble with MOMO finding the correct offset for my 15's! WTF! And they call call themselves dealers...

Little late to the party here, but in Tulsa, OK you have to take a pic of the pothole and damage and report it. If the pothole had not be previously reported you're SOL but if it had been reported and the city had not taken care of it in a "timely manner" then they'll pay for your damage

If you are in America, you take a picture of the pothole, get a quote on fixing the rim, take it to the courthouse, and demand that the city pays for it. It does work, I hit a pothole and bent one of the 18's on my Pontiac G5 and made the city pay to replace it, unfortunently they had quit making a Bridgestone Potenza Grid tire for 18's so I got one tire that didn't match lol.
