get a vinyl cuter to print out your choice of a filigree or tribal pattern in linear strips. and attach them in a radius from the wheel well.

ex: get each section of his printed separately and arrange it yourself.

just try to make sure what you choose is "pie" shaped. so when you put them together it makes an arch over the wheel well like his.
