You can either A) find a photo or B) host your own photo on any of the free photo hosting sites (ie FLICKR)

A) Find a photo on the web that you like, use Yahoo or Google image search if need be.

Right click on that photo, pick "properties," highlight the entire URL, copy, then paste that onto this page.

Then highlight that, and then click the IMG button on the post.
