Need help urgently-heartbroken

Dear members,
On May 5th just a little after midnight that morning my beloved Brewster, my yellow lab passed away. I had the gift of loving him for 12 yrs and 7 months. For some reason it never feels long enough. I feel selfish because I want him with me and cheated because I feel as if his life span was too short.
I was hoping that anyone of you who was good with photoshop or any program like that would be able to modify some pictures for me to get rid of the flash reflection in his eyes when I took some pictures. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
