      I'll be the devils advocate

When are we going to realize our cars were built for fuel mileage, not speed, cornering, racing, etc...

I may be completly wrong, but with no aftermarket or GM support for that sort of upgrade, we can only resort to asthetic, and audio/video improvments.

As I said...I might be wrong, but I wanted to spark discussion to see what is really our future...

You don't need aftermarket support to race in stock classes.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall. Torque is how far the wall moves after you hit it.

as i have said time and time again; when the honda civic came out, they were also built for fuel mileage and what not, as are the yaris, fit, and versa, just look at those cars now, we dont need aftermarket support, we gotta do this ourselves.

When the car was first introduced it was made for transportation and now look where were at. Its all about the love for autos and pushing ourselves to the limit and creativity. I say piece together your stuff and show the world that we are here to stay. To bad for California that we wont be legal to do it
