      You can not commit crimes in a Aveo. Its just not fast enough.

      well the family right next door saw my car leave in the moring quiet and sneaky, and when i came back in the afternoon with a new muffler and no silencer, they gave me the " OMG" look. they cant believe that im putting excesive amounts of money into my car to make it fast and loud.

      fast....your gonna need a ton more excessive amounts of money for the aveo to obtain that...

      ....on a side not is there anyway to get a performance gain with out making it obserdly loud? lol

      You can always go with exhaust components from bigger displacement vehicles. For example, grab the stock muffler from a 3.1L V6, it will flow very well for our engine, yet it will keep things very quiet.

      How about just grab a stock 3.1 L V6 and drop it in. then you'll be fast!!

      well since i am not rich enough to find a good engine to blow away any comp over here, i will stick to the basic stuff.

      i just ordered the aero resonator and i should have it soon and then i will wait a week to put it on....because i need to save money.

      yay! i got the Aero res in a few days ago. but never posted any pics. its really shiny .
      and if anybody is keeping tabs on poor little me, this project has been put on hold until after i install my new O2/flex pipe.

      i got the part in on friday, but since i work weekends, i have no time to pick it upfrom the dealer. on monday i was planning on heading down there and seeing what they will charge me to install an if its too much of a rip off, i will do it myself.
