So how much would it cost for you to make a turbo manifold Xia?

Cats are required in the States, also. But do we listen?

      Anyway.

To my knowledge, even Xio hasn't got the Turbo Manifold set-up yet.
      Should I wait?

      Re: Selling Aveo Header

The older (longer header) have a slot for you to put in the oxygen sensor. Just that its better for you to buy an exhaust sensor extension plug to attach to 2nd sensor (to prevent CEL). Or if you have a scan gauge, u can just reset the CEL. It will not affect any engine operation such as fuel injection amount.

For me personally, I prefer the long 4-1 exhaust manifold. It gives the most power.

For those who are worried about legal issue, then consider the short one. But I reccomend the long one anytime. I have new and 2nd hand available now. 2nd hand will be powder coated and are $40US cheaper at $229.99US + $99.99US shipping = $329.98US shipped to your door step in 10-14 days after payment cleared.

I am working on the turbo manifold now. Testing it out on my ride. Thats why I sold the high duration camshafts. Planning to put a T3/T4 turbo in. Targetting only at 200-220 horse on the wheel for a start at 1 bar.

I don't know also but I read somewhere before. High duration camshaft is for NA. High lift camshaft is for turbo. That camshaft is a high duration camshaft. So I guess I take out better. Now my ride is so much smoother, no more lumpy idling.

      Re: Selling Aveo Header

I'm tempted by the header, but this Aveo would be fun turboed. I don't trust my local shops to take on that project.

150 hp would be fun. Don't know that the Aveo would handle much more without Tranny mods.

I have free oil changes for life. Maybe I should stick with the Header. There goes my warranty.

What kind of price on the Turbo Intake and Downpipe?
