considering sale/parting out my Aveo that won't pass California smog

I've got a 2007 Aveo that is in decent shape, never been in an accident, etc.

It is the base 5S model with dealer installed aftermarket air. Light silver/gray color. I think it has close to 200K on the car. The windshield and Michelin tires are fairly new, paint looks good with no scratches or dings.

The car needs a new catalytic converter, O2 sensor and has an oil leak. The from floor carpet on driver side has a hole worn in it from my heel and drivers seat has the kind of wear you would expect from me sitting in the car for that many miles. I have used synthetic oil at extended change interval since i purchased car new. Other than the above, car looks and runs great. The car has not been driven since last August, but has been started on occasion.

I am located in Yucca Valley, CA and would entertain selling as a salvage or I will just donate the car.

Would you be willing to sell the wheels? Are they bent? My 2011 has all 4 wheels that are bent. No idea how that happened. I just found out when I had new tires mounted at Discount Tire.

I'd buy the whole car for what you'd sell the wheels for.
