it is not alignment issues or tire pressure problem either, i just out drive the tires.
You are only getting 8000 miles out of tires? The stock tires, I can understand, they are lucky to go 15000. You need to stop buy "get 4 for $100" tires. before your next set, read the reviews on Tirerack. 8,000 miles... I got 20,000 out of my Subaru tires and it only came out for track days, dirt days, pulling the trailer, etc...

and both sets are stock kumhos from the dealer, (they replaced them under warranty)

My experience with Kuhmo tires wasn't positive either. They seemed to wear out quickly. Maybe they are a softer compound.

not all kumho's are created equal. As mentioned earlier the SPT is a good tire for decent wear and traction. ASX will chunk if you drive them hard. The stock tires... well they are incredibly bad in every regard. The MX is a good track tire but will only get you about 20,000 miles. Try the SPT, you'll be glad you did.
