Quick HELP needed with radio/clk fuse

I screwed up and blew the 10a fuse for the radio/clock in my 2008 aveo hatchback. I see this fuse is in some kind of black socket, located at the very bottom of the fuse block. All of the other fuses are easily removed with needle nose pliers, but this one in a socket will not come out. I keep trying to remove the whole black holder/socket, but it wont come out. Should it come out? or am I doing something wrong?

      Please help!!

      Thanks,

      Viper
