OEM Stereo Size

Can some one help me!
I plan to bye a used oem stereo for my aveo sedan 2010 like this one:


But in my country (ALGERIA), aveo's are sold with after market stereo with a little box under it like this one



The problem is that i remark that the plastic surrounding the stereo (the big U ) had different size.
in my car the maximum exploitable space area is 190 mm x 110 mm; so i ask you if the oem stereo will feat this space.
