i'm trying to change the color or all the lights in the gauges and dashboard, so far i have the gauges done but i'm wondering how many lights are in the dash and can you change the stock deck color.
my car is an 04 Aveo.

I'm interested as well. Well, at least for the gauge lights. The High Beam indicator is wayyy too bright for my taste. I'd like to change the gauge lights to red LED.

does anyone know if you can change the light color in the air/heat controls in the bottom of the dash. and how about the stock radio lights, can those be changed to?

HVAC controls can also be changed using the same bulbs as the dash. I forget how many it is though...I thought it was 4, but don't quote me on that. Stock deck color cant be changed...you would have to tear it apart completely and clip the led's off and solder new ones on. Something would probably get broken in the process, just upgrade to aftermarket.

picked up new alpine deck and sirius radio and wanted to change my dash lights to blue.. currently green

i tried the bulbs before but did nothing is there a film on the gauges?

i think so but i'm not quite sure. i do see on mine after changing them a green tint to my lights still. i was going to ask the same question you did.
