How do you get the door panels off?

I'm trying to fix my rattling door handles by tightening the screws that hold them on, but there is one I can't get to without taking the passenger front door panel off. I have manual windows. Does the handle just pop off or what? The only thing that seems to be holding me back is the window roller part which is screwed on from behind.

I'm gonna take a stab at this...

In the Lanos, the manual window cranks are held on with an E-clip. You need to pop the E-clip off to get teh handle off.

You can see it there as number 11

      Kenny for the Win!!

That is all that is holding you back Chad. Ues a small screwdriver and pry that little clip off, and you're set.

you know i went through the same thing today as a matter of fact,
the clip is true at the window crank and you can pick these up at almost any auto parts store so if you lose it not to worry.

i was goingto ask the samething earlier until i gave up and fiqured a way around pulling the factory speakers.

I think they use a similar clip on S-10's. I used a hook-shaped o-ring pick. Works great. Just hook and pull.
