Fabric on doors

Anyone ever recover the fabric on the doors? I'm thinking of matching my suede headliner and A-pillars with the doors.

Ive been contemplating my interior whiles it is all out, I can take pictures of the backside of the panels for you if you like (tomorrow).

I have the door panels off, the fabric section doesn't really come off. It's molded on. I'm thinking of just tracing the suede off the old fabric and then using spray adhesive to hold it on.
