Heh, I think the side markers are covered on pages 309 thru 312. I'm afraid to look at how they say to change the middle brake light.

When I removed the housing from the hatch, I can see two Phillips screws but their inside the red lens. It looks like the lens is glued, there's not even a gap to pry it from the housing. If I could get to the screws I could replace the bulb cause their all right next to them.

Side marker lights do not need head light to be removed. Just the front parking/turn signal. That's from the manual. Found one online from chevy.

I will think of a better signature later.

Its the same as the 07 manual, it tells you to remove the headlight assembly. This is from the pdf link you posted (with somewhat heated (CAPTIONS):

      Turn Signal Lamps (Side)
To replace a side turn signal bulb:

      (STARTING HERE)

      1. Open the hood. See Hood Release on page 5-10
      for more information.

      (OPEN THE HOOD? WTF??)

      2. See Steps 2 through 5 under Headlamps
(Hatchback) on page 5-41 or Headlamps (Sedan)
on page 5-42 to access the side turn signal lamps.

(OK, LETS SEE STEPS 2 THRU FIVE ON PAGE 5-41... NOPE, THAT TELLS YOU TO REMOVE THE HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY.. ASS****! THANKS FOR THE UNNECESSARY BULL**** YOU SENT ME THROUGH CHEVY :/ ) (Although the nice diagram of the side marker assemble is what allowed me to figure out how to do it)

      3. Remove the side turn signal lamp assembly
      by pulling it forward.
      4. Turn the bulb socket counterclockwise.
      5. Remove the bulb from the lamp housing by pulling
the bulb straight out of the socket.
      6. Install the new bulb into the bulb socket by pushing
it in and rotating the bulb socket clockwise.
      7. Push the side turn signal lamp assembly back into
      its original position

Its the high brake light in the middle of the hatch rear window. It has 5 little bean lights.. that you can replace with led bulbs because they are almost identical.. "LI-194a"

194a? Doesn't the "a" stand for amber colored light? I know they have the bulb in red, it's a 2825 sylvania bulb but the 194's will fit. I was just looking this up on ebay the other day lol.

Here is a nice guide for bulb replacement.

OSRAM SYLVANIA - Replacement Guide - Start

I used this to find LED versions of all the main lights in my car, only thing it does not cover is the dash light conversions.
