i was considering a student loan cus i want those headlights lol. but i do agree with mtlswift with the convenience factor. id rather have a direct fit rather than havin to monkey round with it. does the lip kit fit the sedan as well as the hatch?

You can not commit crimes in a Aveo. Its just not fast enough.

I believe there is a kit for each... The only difference between the two is the rear bumper as far as i know.

if youre considering taking out a loan, why not put it towads the 2.2 ecotec swap? i know that whitfield racing out here in Upland is doing a 2.0 supercharged ecotec swap for the Aveo and so is konig for time attack, i would wait to see what happens and then put a swap together.

Just so you know, Canadian suzuki dealerships only sell the hatchback, there is no Swift sedan. Whether it fits the sedan or not I don't know, so you'd better check up front before ordering, if you go down that route.

Why didnt I think of that?????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????
Then it for sure doesnt fit the back bumper.

Maybe I'll look into the side skirts and front bumper's then and do the mud guards for the back..... now im back to the drawing board

That would cost about how much though? and I thought the ecotec didnt fit the aveo, just the forenza motor did?

i have no idea how much it would cost, probably like 3-6k.....theres always the 2.2 ecotec engine (the motor in base cobalts, malibus, Ions, almost all 4 cylinder gm car except the aveo NOT THE 2.0 SUPERCHARGED ) up for sale on ebay for about 500 bucks sometimes with very low mileage! if big companies are doing it, then it has to fit, i think the 2.0 ,2.4 and 2.2 ecotec engines are all the same size, they just have different compression ratios, strokes, etc.

just remember, nearly any motor will fit in the rear...

We need to see an MR aveo already, damnit.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall. Torque is how far the wall moves after you hit it.
