Does it happen to look like that? Congratulations, You just bought a .10 cent resistor!!!!
Please, for the health and safety of your vehicle, and also to avoid major repairs, please remove this from your vehicle at once and demand your money back.

Here is you first clue that this is fake: It says 04-09. Correct me if Im wrong and I am damn sure Im not, the 04 has the e-tec motor while the 09 has the ECO-TECH.

      Resistors Explained
Yeah, if it was a performance chip trust me it wouldnt have 2 wires lol. You've been had dude. They don't even make chips anymore they make tuners that plug in under your dash and reconfigure the way your computer runs things. When you're done you unplug it and boom, instant horsepower lol. I had a Power Pup tuner on my 2000 4.3L Sierra where you could tune your shift points, your air/fuel and all sorts of stuff.

It's worth it just to buy your own tuner, so you can return it to stock when you feel like it.

      Re: New Additions

Most tuners stay plugged in and usually have 5 or 6 preset power levels. Resistors just make your engine run rich and may ruin your cats. I'd definitely remove the resistor ASAP.

      Re: New Additions

Only tuners with some sort of lcd display or on-the-fly tuning stay plugged in. I've had bully dogs, superchips and power pups and do not.

A neo works pretty nice for these cars. Or any SAFC would be a decent addition to these cars.
You can not commit crimes in a Aveo. Its just not fast enough.
