      Headlight Rot

Has anyone had the rear housing of the headlight assembly start to rot? I mean really break apart and crumble on its own… It’s a 2008 just 2 years old…

This reminds me of "The Andromeda Strain." The first part of the book an F-4 was flying overhead and ran into a early version of the airborne virus that ate all the rubber causing the plane to crash.

Is there any other plastic parts on your vehicle rotting? That might be replaced under warranty. The 2008 had a 100,000 mile warranty compared to the 2006 which had the 30K and 3 year fart.
Please do not power off, firmware update pending.....

the headlight prob was not sealed right, and moisture got in there, defective part at best, I would go to the dealership and they should replace it
