Front Frame Stub Questions

Hi Everyone..

Picked up a totaled Aveo 5 2009 Automatic

only has 12k miles

problem is one of the frame stubs is bend and im looking to replace it.

Im wondering if anyone knows if the Sedan and Hatch have the Same front Frame rails..

I have been digging and searching part numbers and site but have found nothing 100 %

I am leaning towards that they are but looking for a 100% answer

On my parts search both the sedan and hatch (aveo5) come up with Part Number: 95971561 for the right side which looks like what you pictured.

the "K" Frame is another name for the Engine Cradle; it holds up the Engine, Transmission, and it provides the Anchor Point for the the Lower Control Arms in the Suspension. it looks like the part you are wanting to replace is the main Frame Rail, which should be handled by a competent Collision Repair shop.
