      Would this procedure be considered the right way to clean the engine? How To Clean Your Car's Engine - YouTube I would like to try and clean the engine but don't want to F anything up and this looked pretty easy to do.

      Wouldn't getting a hot engine wet create steam, condensation, and humidity inside sensors? Crack something? I once washed my engine (previous car) while hot and cracked the coil pack and engine wanted to die. From that time, i always washed the engine while cold first thing in the am and never had that problem again.
