07 Sedan Body kit option?

I found this page and thought it was interesting, look at the list of options at the bottom, the body kit is option!
now why couldnt they have done that in the U.S.?

also those wheels and body kit look pretty sweet on the white one.

you know i always wondered why "overseas" gets all the good stuff, like the body kits, the design of the kalos, the fact that the kalos comes in the 3dr hatch. we seem to get hosed over here in the USA.
