thats what i figured, first off if there really was a chip or reflash i'm sure someone would have already found it and posted something about it. second, $703.64?!?! who would pay that much for a reflash? i almost got a reflash for my svt focus a few years back, it would have been like $400 for a sct programmer with 2 reflashes on it (91 and 98 octane)
