P0315 Crankshaft variation system not learned

Hi, When I swapped ecotec engine 1.6 L LXV in my aveo 2009 I had some DTC's such as P0449, P036, P037, P0141, P0807 and P0315. I worked for 6 months to fix these DTC's and finally I succeeded. I used yesterday Tech2 scanner to relearn the crankshaft. The engine during the procedures cut fuel off and back but I did not see OK on the scanner screen. Then I try to use another ECM E83 and disconnect the battery and in install the ECM and when I run the engine I found that the P0315 went out and the CEL was gone out also.
My question now, It is possible that the ECM take a wrong parameters for the crankshaft learning or the ECM learned correctly so the CEL and DTC went out?
