update: I decided to make the thread a little cleaner by just adding brief updates and pictures to the first post. That way lazy people wont have to read all the mumbo jumbo inbetween

well finding abs plastic the right size was hard so i scrapped the idea of using that...but today was a lucky day, I found a piece of stainless that exact size of the outlet of the intake box. It also has the 45 degree bend i needed and it doesn't feel to heavy. The inside diameter of the pipe is a little over 2.25". It is just slightly bigger that the throttle body inlet but if i sharpen the tb edges it should be good. Either way I am using it because finding something this good is proving a pain. Now for the inlet in the bottom I also found a solution. I can use a piece of 3" aluminum from my old cai and bond it to the box. Everything is accounted for except the couplers which i should be able to get from summitracing.
