# 4 misfire 2009 aveo 1.6

Looking for some help, My son has a 09 Aveo, blew a head gasket, I have repaired the head put new water pump timing belt, new coil pack and plugs and its showing a misfire on the #4 cycl. reading from post it takes me back to the coilpack, my question is ...is there a way to test the coil pack?

Did you do a basic resistance test? But, more importantly, did you do a compression test?
