There are no clear turn signal lights that i'm aware of.

Judging from what you are looking for, ebay is your best bet, there's all kinds of useless crap on there lol

US Speedo makes custom gauge faces and another company i don't remember the name, i'm sure someone on here does.

If you want specific performance parts, then there's a few sites available.

7- #74 bulbs and 5- #194 and that should cover you on all HVAC and ODO speedo and tach
those are the LED sizes you need for gauge lighting

Their is someone online I believe through or associated with versus motorsports that does the clear turns, They are (last I looked) outrageously expensive I think they were around $700 (not seventy)
