Well I haven't been aproved because somehow they said that there was a gap in registration but I don't understand this because we have owned this car since '06, that's the only thing we are waiting on.

First owner? Did you ever move to another state while owning the car?

No we are the 3rd owners and have never moved, also the car has been insured even when we don't drive it.
