im trying to find a pic of the one engine bay dress up i liked...it wasn't just about looks, it cleaned up the engine bay..it was a k-series swapped civic...ive seen thru the years looking back that i went thru the fast and the furious stage and have matured to a certain taste...this is what i now consider clean and nice

those clear hoses are something i would picture on the pepboys sponsered civic

ok back on topic....wouldnt changing the hose be a pain in the butt because you'd have to fill the coolant back up.

do you have to drain the coolant to do it? also, dont steel braided lines hold more heat overall and actually give you a more parasitic heat loss?

no you could just take the hoses off and let it spill out lol

      Re: Engine Dress Up

thats y i said just stay with superficial stuff like color wire looms and matching ground wires....hoses are too much unless you just swapped in a new motor...there really isnt much you can do with engine dress up if your not doing a build up....with an engine swap and build up you can get sweet fuel line and misc fuel parts (ie rail, fpr) and do custom coolant lines
