Server probs - sorry!

Yeah, I hate getting up in the morning and finding everything is offline.

The logs showed that a little bit of traffic was able to get through, but it didn't work for me at all.

I'm not sure if the tech did the fix yet... I'll check when he gets into work this AM.

Yes, it happened again.

The biggest problem was the tech admin wasn't answering his phone(s)! We left messages for him by every method we have (about 5), and unfortunately he didn't check until the end of the day. I even tried to track down his mom (she moved - couldn't find her).

Apologies for the down time. You can bet we'll be making sure this doesn't happen again.

Talked to the admin - he's going to do the scheduled maintenance to ensure this is fixed for good.

Server will be offline Monday 1AM EST for about 30 minutes.

EDIT: and now I have his wife's and mom's phone numbers too. He said the problem was his phone had no service in the room of his house where he left it (new house - still discovering unfortunate things like this).

Update: scheduled downtime has been moved ahead 24 hours to Tuesday 1 AM EST.
