Runs for 2-3 seconds and shuts off.

My 09 starts but then dies after a few seconds. I just replaced the ecm and it ran fine for a few days. I was working on some other minor things like replacing the broken odb2 port and this started happening. Not sure where to start.

Looking for the pcm/ecm relay it doesn't seem to be in the main box with the other relays under the hood.

With that combination of codes, I believe you did something incorrect when putting you obdII connector together, either you put some wires together that shouldn’t have been, or put some in incorrect positions on the connector. It’s possible that you smoked the ecm when you first started the car, or after plugging in the scanner.
it all seems to be related somehow…..
I could be wrong……
