It was running ok just before you shut it off to do the repair, correct? If so, the simple and easy answer would be that the belt didn't go back onto all of the pullys correctly. Given the complexity, it's easy to understand how that might happen.
and the fact that a diagram is nowhere to be found, not even in the service manual.
We've opened to see if the timing belt was okay, everything was like it suposed to be.. so we crancked for a longer time this time,maybe 10-12 seconds and it started.. Very weird but now it works fine thank you.
