Power steering fluid

Dealership service department told me I need a power steering flush, but quoted me an astronomical price. I called around to local mechanics and they quoted much better. However, one asked if the Aveo needs a special type of steering fluid. Does it? I have a 2004 LS Aveo.

i doubt it, I need to add some fluid myself though

I'm not sure if this is good or not but I have 116000 on my 04 Seden and havent flushed the power steering once. No problems so far!
