      Delay when starting

09 aveo with issues. The car had like a 2-3 second delay when turning the key. Lately it will Pause longer. If you go off on off on etc then it will start. I decided to hold the key in start position when it didnt kick in the forst couple seconds and after like ten it started.
I read that others changed the starter relay, did that and no change. Should the next step be the ignition relay or something else ?

      thank you
